Description The client required an assembly line that would handle LCDs up to 120 mm square and would allow alignment of one product while another product on a turntable was being assembled. Pixel provided 30 pulse heat bond systems which allowed the client to boost his productivity and yield by using these systems to perform ACF bond on LCD and solder bond on PCB using the same equipment.
