LCD and PDP Repair Line

Introduction
Pixel offers LCD and PDP repair lines from 1” to 65” diagonal sizes. Our equipment and process offerings are the standard used worldwide by over 95% of the world’s flat panel repair companies. All of the equipment has passed extensive process capability tests required by the major OEMs and major repair houses in order to gain their satisfaction.

Description
The client required a repair line that would handle LCDs and PDPs sized from 1” to 65” diagonal. The client wanted the ability to repair either type of display on the same equipment. The client also wanted to repair all drivers used on these displays (TAB, COG, COF, Heat Seal, Flex) on one interconnect bonder. We provided the client with a line of equipment, process training, and a source of consumables for their process.
