Introduction We provide our clients with TAB bonding equipment and processes that are appropriate for their needs from low volume prototypes to high volume production. We choose from among all of the TAB bonding equipment that is available from several manufacturers world wide to assure that our clients are getting the best value while assuring that the equipment will meet their current as well as their future requirements. This TAB bonding equipment includes ACF tackers, bonders for TAB, flex, COG and COF as well as removal and recovery equipment for TABs and COG devices.
Description The client required a throughput of 100-500 mobile phones per shift with a medium product mix of LCDs. We provided the client with an affordable TAB bonder, an ACF Tacker, process training, and a source of consumables for their process.
