Pixel Interconnect offers equipment, training, and documentation for the assembly, repair, and ruggedization of Flat Panel Displays (FPDs). Our training includes hundreds of pages of completed documentation coupled with on-site training. We have installed more FPD assembly, repair, and ruggedization lines throughout the world than any other company. Some examples of our work are shown on this page for your review.

Mobile Phone Assembly

The Mobile Phone LCD Production Line project involved a client who wanted to attach TAB drivers to a mobile phone display using the most appropriate method available. An Internet search for interconnect engineering solutions led them to us.

LCD and PDP Repair Line

The LCD and PDP Repair Line project involved a client who wanted to add LCD and PDP repair capability to their business offerings. The client approached Pixel after receiving recommendations from Samsung and Dell on our expertise.

Flex-to-LCD Assembly Line

The Flex-to-LCD Assembly Line project involved a client who wanted to bond a flex to a small display and to a PCB. The client was using modest, manual equipment and wanted to increase throughput and quality.

LCD Ruggedization Line

The LCD Ruggedization Line project involved a client who wanted to ruggedize a 12.1” LCD for an avionic application. The client wanted to double his profit margin on the product by not outsourcing the ruggedization.
